Cobra (1986)

  A group of lawless anarchists go on a raping and a killing spree, wrecking havoc in town. A female victim manages to escape the ordeal and is protected by police forces. It is time for Lieutenant Marion 'Cobra' Cobretti to take the law in his hands and take out the gang and save the city! No one fucks with the Cobra!
  Ok, I said no Hollywood shit but not all shit is bad.You just have to twist your angle a bit. So, here we have a movie no guy can hate. Unless, he is not a man. George Cosmatos did not direct many movies but this one here makes up for it. He takes Stallone and his muscles, puts him in a role he knows well and the rest is only an ode to badassery. Like many others in this genre, this movie should be like a test for manliness and a guide for how to act around bad guys and hot ladies (unless you wanna be a cop,then it is weird if you take this as a guide). It may seem mainstream at first but it does not fail to satisfy a cult viewer's niche.
  Sylvester Stallone, Brigitte Nielsen, Reni Santoni. First one gets the girl, girl  does not complain., there is a lot of shooting and even more cheesy looks and lines and all ends well. Two male leads and a female ; a classic Hollywood mix, only when it started it wasn't bad. It was afterwards that it got boring. And the good thing with this is that it can't get wrong.So sit back and enjoy.
Must watch this : with dudes,beers and a collection of delivery food from at least 3 different take-outs. After the movie, you go out and perform athletic poses and a muscle and beer belly competition.Man up!
